Terms and Conditions

  1. Filming or streaming on personal devices is not permitted at any event. Any person found to be filming or live streaming, whether for personal use or to a social media platform, will be asked to leave the event immediately. Further action may be taken.
  1. Confirmation of registration will be emailed to each conference delegate with a QR code attached. This confirmation of registration email (QR code included), must be produced at the conference and scanned on the day. ASIS Victoria requests delegates provide photo-identification upon collection of their Conference Pass from registration on the day of the conference. Without confirmation, and approved photo-identification, persons will not be permitted to enter the venue without consent of a conference organiser
  1. A request for cancellation of registration must be in writing and processed through the ASIS Victoria website. A refund will only be processed if cancellation is completed a minimum of two (2) business days prior to the event
  1. Persons registering for the conference must ensure payment for their booking(s) (if required) is received before the registration closing date.
  1. ASIS Victoria reserves the right to change the program at any time if required. Every effort will be made to ensure a program of equivalent standard is offered. Delegates or persons registering will be updated of any changes via email.
  1. All dietary requirements are considered and catered for to the best of ASIS Victoria’s abilities, however we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen free environment. Specific catering requirements must be communicated in writing through the ASIS Victoria website.
  1. ASIS Victoria reserves the right to prohibit entry of any person to the Conference or eject any person from the Conference based upon behaviour deemed inappropriate by ASIS Victoria Committee and/or its agents and others working under its authority. Any disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
  1. ASIS International member registration rates are not transferable to non-ASIS International members. By selecting a member registration rate, it is agreed that the registrant is a current financial member of ASIS International, and that the registration is made in the ASIS International member’s name only. A breach of this may result in cancellation of an event registration.
  1. By attending the ASIS Australia Conference, the delegate agrees to follow policies, procedures, rules and requests made by ASIS Executive staff, the venue manager and its staff.
